We are based in New Orleans, Louisiana. However, 70% of our clientele are located throughout the United States. We are available to communicate via email, phone or video chat as needed.
Materials to Submit
All materials (text, images, logos, information, etc.) are needed before your project can begin. Electronic files may be delivered in the following format:Email, Word Documents, PDF, JPG, GIF, TIF. To ensure that all images are reflected in the sharpest manner, images must be sent in high resolution (minimum 300 dpi). All text supplied must be typed (DOC, TXT, or Email). There will be a $50 fee for text that must be typed by DERIN LINDSEY: THE BRAND. Hard copies will be returned ONLY when accompanied by a self-addressed stamped envelope.
Two rounds of revisions will be allowed for each project. A $30 fee will be added to the total for each additional revision.
Our standard turnaround times are:
Graphic Design: 4-6 business days
Logo Design: 7-10 business days
Web Design: 4-6 weeks (Sometimes sooner).
A 50% deposit is due at the beginning of the project, the balance is due 4 weeks later.
If the project is completed within 4 weeks, payment is due upon the day of completion.
All projects should be completed within 60 days of projects start date. Should the project extend past 60 days a 50% charge will occur.
All project sale items/services should be used within 60 days after date of purchase.
All projects require a non-refundable deposit before the job can begin. NO EXCEPTIONS. Projects less than $500 require a 100% deposit upfront. Projects more than $500 require a 50% deposit prior to starting project.The final 50% must be paid upon completion of the project before we release the approved files and artwork. We accept payments via: Check, Paypal and Credit Card. No job will be released until check is received and cleared. A 3.9% surcharge will be applied to online invoices.
An additional 50% Expedite Fee will be charged to clients that request their project to be completed within 48 hours.
DERIN LINDSEY: THE BRAND subcontracts all print work.
A full refund is available within 24 hours should your project not have started and payment is cleared. All deposits are non-refundable.
