Location

We are based in New Orleans, Louisiana. However, 70% of our clientele are located throughout the United States. We are available to communicate via email, phone or video chat as needed.

 

Materials to Submit

All materials (text, images, logos, information, etc.) are needed before your project can begin. Electronic files may be delivered in the following format:Email, Word Documents, PDF, JPG, GIF, TIF. To ensure that all images are reflected in the sharpest manner, images must be sent in high resolution (minimum 300 dpi). All text supplied must be typed (DOC, TXT, or Email). There will be a $50 fee for text that must be typed by DERIN LINDSEY GRAPHIC DESIGN. Hard copies will be returned ONLY when accompanied by a self-addressed stamped envelope.

 

Revisions

Two rounds of revisions will be allowed for each project. A  $30 fee will be added to the total for each additional revision.

Turnaround Time

Our standard turnaround times are:

Graphic Design: 4-6 business days

Logo Design: 7-10 business days

Web Design: 3-5 weeks 

 

Payment

All projects require a non-refundable deposit before the job can begin. NO EXCEPTIONS. Projects less than $500 require a 100% deposit upfront. Projects more than $500 require a 50% deposit prior to starting project.The final 50% must be paid upon completion of the project before we release the approved files and artwork. We accept payments via: Check, Paypal and Credit Card. No job will be released until check is received and cleared. A 3.9% surcharge will be applied to online invoices. 

 

Expedite Fee

An additional 50% Expedite Fee will be charged to clients that request their project to be completed within 48 hours.

 

Printing

DERIN LINDSEY GRAPHIC DESIGN subcontracts all print work.

 

Cancellation 

A full refund is available within 24 hours should your project not have started and payment is cleared. All deposits are non-refundable.
